Come for a talk and book signing at the Hubbard Museum of the American West presented by Dr. Cynthia E. Orozco for her new release “Adela Sloss-Vento: Mexican American Civil Rights Activist and Texas Feminist”.
Dr. Orozco is a Professor of History and Humanities at Eastern New Mexico University in Ruidoso and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and UCLA. She has also authored the book “No Mexicans, Women or Dogs Allowed: The Rise of the Mexican American Civil Rights Movement”
