Join Lincoln Historic Site for its monthly Lincoln Lecture Series. Held on the first Saturday of every month from May to October, these lectures delve into fascinating topics from guest lecturers throughout the state and take place in the iconic San Juan Bautista Church.

This month's program is by lecturer Johnny Boswell, a resident of Lincoln, who will take participants inside the time capsule of Lincoln, exploring what life was like on “The Most Dangerous Street in America.” The characters explored will not only include the famous and infamous, but also average citizens whose lives were inadvertently intertwined with violence and mayhem. Boswell and his wife Maureen live in one of Lincoln’s original buildings and their home was constructed prior to the Lincoln County war, serving as the Justice of the Peace office.

The Lincoln Lecture Series is included with admission of $7/adults and free to children 16 years and younger, people with Native/Tribal affiliations, NM disabled veterans, NM foster families, and MNMF members.
