Join the Ruidoso community at Grindstone Lake on April 20, 2024. Participants are invited to take part in this meaningful event to commemorate John's life and support this scholarship fund for the John Ashcraft Memorial Family Trail Run.

In honor of the late John Ashcraft, a beloved figure in Ruidoso and Ruidoso Downs, his family, in collaboration with the Community Foundation of Lincoln County, has initiated a scholarship in his name. Participants are invited to participate in this meaningful event to commemorate John's life and support this scholarship fund.

The 2024 John Ashcraft Memorial Family Trail Run, proudly presented by Happy Hiker, will kick off at 8:00 AM. However, Race Day Registration opens at 7:00 AM, allowing participants to sign up for this scenic 2-mile run around Grindstone Lake.

An entry fee of $25.00 per entry applies, with all proceeds directly benefiting the John Ashcraft Memorial Scholarship, which assists graduating seniors in the local community.
