Island Noodles opened in an unassuming storefront in the Midtown A-Frames on Sudderth. The fast-casual franchise serving wok-fired, Hawaiian-style noodles—takeout and delivery only—opened May 2021, and quickly amassed a devoted fan base.

The menu is addictive and authentic with noodles (with or without teriyaki chicken) that are stir-fried with fresh garlic, ginger, a medley of 21 wok-fired vegetables in a house-made, Island Sauce.
