Event Overview
Join us in Ruidoso for three days of exhilarating events, including full and sprint triathlons, trail runs, and a kids’ race—designed for participants of all ages and skill levels. Highlights include:
Full Triathlon: 1.5K swim, 30K mountain bike, and 10K trail run
Sprint Distance Triathlon: Half the full triathlon distance with individual and relay team options
10K Trail Run: A beautiful trail experience showcasing Ruidoso’s rugged terrain
Kids Sprint: Fun and free race for young competitors
The Sprint Triathlon also serves as a qualifier for the XTERRA Youth World Championship in Italy, providing a unique pathway to international competition.
XTERRA Festival at Wingfield Park
The excitement extends beyond the races! Join us at Wingfield Park for the XTERRA Festival, featuring live entertainment, local vendors, and fun activities for all ages. Families can also enjoy the Wibit Water Park at Grindstone Lake, adding a refreshing way to cool off after cheering on the athletes.
